Access an overview of each file uploaded to Deep Sync One and receive recommendations on additional services to elevate your digital marketing
Open the File Summary Page
- Navigate to Deep Sync One, and click the "My Audiences" tab in the left-hand navigation panel; The My Audiences page displays
- Click the file you are interested in exploring; the File Summary opens
- Alternatively, hover over the file you are interested in exploring, and click the "More Options" icon found to the right; The More Options menu displays
- Select "View Summary" to proceed; the File Summary opens
Navigate the File Summary Page
From the File Summary page, you can explore insights, request quotes for services, or move into a new workflow. All of those options will be explored below.
In the header of the File Summary page, the "Actions" picklist enables you to select from a variety of features and functions to explore. Additionally, the "File" picklist enables you to toggle between files when multiple files have been uploaded.

View Your Customer Insights Report
Develop a better understanding of your current customers and inform data-buying decisions with an easy-to-use automated profile. The top three highest-indexing elements are highlighted in the preview pane; click "View All" to see your full Customer Insights report or purchase an Advanced Customer Insights report.

View Your Data Enrichment Summary
Discover the match rates for contact and demographic data points that can be appended to your customer file. These added insights enable the creation of custom segments and personalization for your campaigns. The top highest-matching attributes are highlighted in the preview pane; click "View All" to see the full match report.
